The Running Shorts that CHANGED MY LIFE.

Every other day I like to go running and now that summer is here, I can finally get back into my morning runs.

As a quick patronage to running, I would like to share the pair of shorts that have literally changed my life. Before I left for college my Mom and I hit up target to grab some last minute odds and ends. Along with this haul of dorm room goodies, we decided to pick up some extra workout clothes. I had just gotten into running and was in need of some shorts.

Without much thought, we ended up grabbing what I have come to believe are the best pairs of running shorts in the world. They are AMAZING. First of all, they are unbelievably comfortable. The spandex underneath the loose mesh overlay helps to keep your legs from rubbing and THEY DON’T RIDE UP! So many times while running, I keep having to adjust my shorts, but not with these babies.

I have found them at target and Nike, but I am sure they are found in any and every sports store you’d walk into. I mean, why wouldn't they? They save lives. Lol. Running will never be the same. 

Now to fit the whole "running" theme I got going on, here is a quote from Steve Prefontaine; a famous American runner who inspired the creation of Nike.
